Accessibility statement

Toolkeel aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. What we have tested, known limitations, and how to report an accessibility problem.

Last updated Applies to Toolkeel

We want everyone to be able to use Toolkeel, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Every tool can be operated with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline. Crop areas can be moved and resized with the arrow keys.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and errors are announced to screen readers and explained in words.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios in light and dark mode.
  • The site follows your system's reduced-motion setting and reflows on small screens and when zoomed.
  • File inputs work with drag-and-drop, paste and a standard file picker.

Known limitations

  • Drawing a signature in Sign PDF requires a pointer; the "Type" option is a keyboard alternative.
  • Placing a signature and picking a colour from an image require clicking a position; numeric alternatives are not yet available for these two tasks.
  • Image previews are decorative; file names and sizes are given as text.

How we test

Automated checks (Lighthouse, which uses axe-core) plus manual keyboard testing. We have not yet commissioned an independent audit.

Feedback

If something is hard to use, email support@toolkeel.com with the page and what happened, and we will try to fix it or help you get the result another way.
