About this tool

Use Extract pages to create one new PDF with only the pages you list, in the order you type them, for example the signature page of a contract or one chapter of a report. Split every N pages cuts a document into equal parts, which is handy for scanned batches. One file per page gives each page its own PDF. When several files are created, they download together as a ZIP.

Pages are copied without re-compression, so text and images keep their original quality.

Good to know

  • Password-protected PDFs cannot be split until the password is removed.
  • Up to 100 MB. Splitting into more than 500 files is not allowed.
  • Links between pages and bookmarks may not work in the extracted files.
